Production Planner & Purchaser

Job description

We are looking for a motivated colleague responsible for purchasing machine components and coordinating procurement across departments. You ensure proper stock levels using our ERP system and support production planning. You also handle special orders and worldwide parts sales. You process goods administratively, maintain an organized warehouse, and work closely with multiple departments, making every day varied. MBO-level thinking is preferred, with good Dutch and English communication skills.

What will you do?

• Purchasing components used in machines for various departments
• Coordinating procurement based on delivery times and production planning
• Ensuring sufficient stock levels via the ERP system
• Processing special-order purchases
• Handling worldwide sales and shipments of parts
• Performing accurate administrative processing of incoming and outgoing goods
• Contributing to an organized and structured warehouse

What we’re looking for

• MBO-level working and thinking ability
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
• Responsible, flexible, and stress-resistant attitude
• Good interpersonal skills Able to switch quickly and act decisively
• Positive mindset
• Affinity with technology is a plus
