MLS Information
The Verdegro MLS is an innovative system designed for use as a Mobile Lane Signaling (MLS) or Mobile Road Information (MRI) solution. The system is available in multiple configurations and can be adapted to country specifications.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (GENERAL)
The MLS Structure
The mast/arm is equipped with two hydraulic rams, positioned vertically and horizontally. It is mounted on a turntable and can be rotated 90° by a hydraulic cylinder over the road.
Horizontal Arm & Crash Absorber
The three-piece horizontal arm can be hydraulically extended to position the three LED displays / VMS over the desired lanes. A crash absorber is installed at the rear of the chassis. The total setup or downtime will not exceed 9 minutes.
The MRI Solution
The MLS features a Mobile Road Information (MRI) function, allowing the LED displays / VMS to be positioned side by side. This creates a single, large display capable of showing extended messages or complex traffic information, making it highly versatile for lane management and advanced road signaling.
3- or 4-Lane Configuration
The standard setup is a three-lane configuration, with an optional four-lane configuration available. The fourth mast can be operated partially hydraulically or manually and retracted when not in use.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (POWER & HYDRAULIC SYSTEM)
The generator and hydraulic unit are housed in lockable compartments. A 2-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine provides fully autonomous operation, with noise under 65 dBA. The fuel tank has a visible level indicator and can be safely refilled from the front. An emergency battery allows at least 24 hours of operation, with alerts if the system fails.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (led display / vms)
The LED displays / VMS use the latest EN12966 compliant technology. The symbols include:
- Arrow down
- White arrow – left and right
- Red cross with diagonal lines
- Speed limit 70 km/h and 90 km/h with red border
- Speed limit 70 km/h and 90 km/h

This integration allows it to send alerts to drivers, warning them of nearby workers and significantly increasing safety.
Mobitrack is automatically integrated with a wide range of safety alert systems, including Google, Waze, Flitsmeister, Monotch, and your country’s traffic control system. We are the only manufacturer with such extensive integration across various safety alert platforms.
Additionally, the advanced implementation of the Mobitrack module allows you to request detailed information about your products, ensuring you have all the necessary data at your disposal.
