Mobile Lane Signaling System (MLS)

The Verdegro MLS is a unique innovative machine that can be used as a MLS (Mobile Lane Signaling) or MRI (Mobile Route Information) system. This system designed by Verdegro can be used for many purposes.

Additional details about the skid and trailer chassis include a specialized lifting and tilting mechanism designed for the MLS structure. The mast or boom utilizes two rams and rods positioned vertically and horizontally, mounted on a turntable with a hydraulic cylinder capable of rotating 90 degrees above ground. A three-piece horizontal arm extends hydraulically to position the three signal generators above desired lanes. Positioned at the rear of the chassis is the crash absorber. The setup and takedown process for these components can be completed within a maximum time frame of 4 minutes.
