Arrow Trailer (VD1-PL)
This fully manual single-axle action car includes customisable options as per your specifications. It features a trailer with 1 torsional spring axle and a maximum loaded weight of 1350 kg / 2976 lbs. The unit is equipped with 4 extendable manual support legs and an action frame that is hydraulically foldable, fitted with retroreflective foil (class 3).

Construction & Design
- Trailer fitted with one torsion spring axle rated at 1350 kg / 2976 lbs

- Fitted with a lockable front control box, complete with hinges and double-bit locks
- Storage compartment for Andreas strips (rumble strips) accessible from the side of the trailer (rumble strips not included)
- The chassis is fully galvanised, and aluminium components are powder-coated in any desired RAL colour
Arrow Board & Display System
- Arrow board fitted with 24 Vdc LED lamps, available in rotatable or fixed configurations. Compliant with EN12353 guidelines and equipped with an automatic light dimmer
Hydraulic / Manual System
- Hydraulic arrow board, foldable for transport
- Synchronized hydraulic rotation for both the LED arrow board and the traffic sign board (Ø 900 / 1000 mm)
- Manual jockey wheel for easy manoeuvring
- Four extendable manual support legs for stability
Power Supply & Battery System
- Solar power system rated at 280 Wp, including a 20 A IP65 solar charge controller with display
- Four maintenance-free AGM batteries, each 100 Ah / 24 Vdc (total capacity 400 Ah)
- 175 A Anderson charging plug mounted at the front of the trailer Industrial battery charger with integrated grid connection and a 15 m charging cable
