Lars recently started at Verdegro, but already has around seven years of prior experience in production leadership. What he enjoys most about his job is the diversity. No two days are the same. He is constantly balancing practical challenges on the workfloor, managing the team, keeping track of planning, and solving unexpected issues like sick employees or delayed deliveries. For Lars, it’s all about anticipating problems and keeping everything running efficiently.
