What You Will Do

• Lead and manage shop floor activities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Coordinate tasks between shop floor staff and the operations manager.
• Provide direction and technical support to mechanics and assembly workers.
• Oversee quality control and packing departments for efficient workflow.
• Handle leave requests and contribute to planning and scheduling.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere and ensure effective communication on the shop floor.

What We’re Looking For

• A technical MBO degree or equivalent level of work and thinking ability.
• Strong leadership skills and a responsible, flexible attitude.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle stress and make quick, informed decisions.
• A positive attitude and willingness to be actively present on the shop floor.
